Private Boxes
Every suite at Royal Windsor Racecourse overlooks the racecourse and has a private balcony, meaning there is no excuse for missing the action.
Royal Windsor Grandstand
Eight hospitality suites are available to soak up the excitement of the Grandstand, with panoramic course views and private balcony.
Group numbers from a minimum of 25 up to maximum of 200 guests.
Paddock Pavilion
Ideally located on the pull-up to the Winning Post, 12 private suites offer a superb head-on view of the track. Featuring a private course facing balcony and a shared rear balcony to the back of the building overlooking the Parade Ring.
Minimum numbers of 20 guests (and multiples thereof), with a maximum of 80 guests for private bookings.
Victory and Churchill Suites
With spectacular views over the Racecourse, these two private suites located on the first floor of the original Victorian Grandstand offer period features and private viewing areas adjacent to the Winning Post.
Groups of 10 to 14 guests can be accommodated in the Victory Suite and a minimum of 20 and maximum of 30 in the Churchill suite.
Private Pavilions

Riverbank Pavilion
Overlooking the Parade Ring and the Paddock, this glass-fronted facility has four suites, a patio and garden area outside. The track is only a short walk away but, for convenience, all the Racecourse action can be watched from closed-circuit television in the suite.
Four suites can be combined to accommodate up to 300 guests, each individual suite is ideal for up to 50 guests with a minimum occupancy of 20.
Parade Pavilion
The Parade Pavilion affords views over the Paddock and the Parade Ring and features direct access to the Parade Ring.
With a number of suites, the Parade Pavilion is a superb summer party marquee and is capable of seating up to 160 guests. The marquee can be divided into three individual suites, each seating 40 guests.
Restaurants
THE CASTLE RESTAURANT (VIEWING FACILITY)
With table service, Tote betting facilities and television screens, The Castle Restaurant provides an elegant and comfortable atmosphere to view the Racecourse. It caters for any size party.
THE CLUB RESTAURANT (NON-VIEWING FACILITY)
Offering modern and stylish cuisine and efficient service in sumptuous surroundings, The Club Restaurant is located in the original Victorian Grandstand and the Racecourse is only a short walk away.
