Worcester

Worcester Racecourse has a picturesque tree-lined track and uniqueposition nestling on the banks of the River Severn, the Racecourse isset near to the heart of the historic Cathedral City and offers a greatday out for corporate events, or special occasions with friends and family. There are meetings at Worcester Racecourse to suite all groups, including Ladies’ Day and race meetings taking place on evenings, midweek afternoons and weekends.

The Worcester racing season starts in early May and on the 19th hosts the Miss Worcester racenight. Racing continues through to October with 17 raceday dates. Hospitality options at Worcester are many and varied, from luxury executive boxes creating the perfect setting for your corporate gathering and elegant marquees are ideal for larger group entertaining.

Private Boxes

THE CROMWELL, THE CAVALIER AND THE ELGAR BOXES

Experience the best view on the racecourse from one of the Private Boxes situated on the top floor of the Grandstand with a balcony overlooking the winning post. Private Boxes accommodate a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 60 guests.

Restaurant

SEVERN SUITE RESTAURANT

The Severn Suite Restaurant is situated on the second floor of the grandstand with stunning views of the racecourse and the River Severn.

Marquees

THE PARADE RING LAWN MARQUEE

Suitable for parties of between 20 and 150 guests, private marquees are situated beside the Parade Ring and have a grass seating area exclusive to marquee guests.

FINAL FENCE MARQUEE

Suitable for parties of between 50 and 800 guests, the private marquees are situated beside the track and near to the final fence, in the centre course enclosure. There is also an exclusive grass seating area and a car park directly behind the marquees.

Ladies Day Marquee

Ladies Day - Saturday 5th June a very popular fixture which includes competitions to find the best dressed lady, the most extravagant hat and the best dressed little lady (under 12 years). The Centre Course marquee offers a hospitality package for groups of 2 or more guests, with private chalets available for parties of 40 plus, and includes access to the exclusive track side marquee lawn from which to enjoy all the racing action.
